What kind of food do they serve??
Old fashioned diner complete with a cranky old waitress and overcooked burgers. The fries were yummy and the place was clean. A throwback to the 1960s...
MoreSweet staff, nice diner/Dennys atmosphere but more personable. Open when we needed it. Good price. I would come again.
MoreMust try the shrimp burrito. It's not on the menu but it is bomb and big too. Bloody Marys are pretty good too. Service is reasonably fast for made to order and friendly.
MoreGreat little dinner, good food and very friendly staff. Portions are large.
Food was dry and gross potatoes but the mixed drinks were good
I go to Blythe once a year, I eat here every night. That should be enough. The menu is extensive and the food is fantastic. Everybody works there is down to earth and awesome. I can't recommend it enough, just don't go when I'm going cuz I don't want a long wait.
MoreGreat food, big drinks, great service
this place is terrific! Food is delicious ... recommend the shrimp. Cool looking place, very nice and friendly staff. 5 stars !!
MoreAlice was a great server. She recommended the Chilaquiles. I'm so glad she did. It was so good. The cook did a fantastic job. Decent prices and great food and service. Highly recommend!! (Above was from 8 months ago)We had Cathy today and we still give five stars!!! Excellent food and service!!! I don't know how this place finds all the personality but I'm glad they do. Hope to see you on our next trip to Cali.
MoreI have been here to eat twice. Each time the food was great and the service was super! I like eating at small town diners and this is one of the last I know of! If you are passing through, stop on in!
MoreThis place is a diamond in the rough, well kept, it's like traveling in time back to the 50s. The bar is awesome too. If you are going to Cali from Arizona is a good place to grab a bite
MoreGreat steak! The chicken vegetable soup was very fast as well. Quick, clean, and well prices. They also have a decent bar with a good selection of alcohol.
MoreWhat a joy to find a restaurant this good in Blythe! It was recommended by the desk clerk at our hotel and he was spot on. Excellent food, good selection, great drinks and friendly staff. I'd spend the night in Blythe again just to go back to this restaurant.
MoreThe waitress that where's the glasses needs a raise and a higher position she a really good waitress
MoreThis restaurant has been a favorite for our family. The service is good and the food is great, but what really makes this our place is the waitress. They are kind and alway ready to serve with a smile. Sure there are times we have to wait a little longer but it's ALWAYS worth it. Great job Courtesy resturant.
MoreWe were staying right next door. So naturally we stopped in to have lunch. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The portions of our food were more than enough. We will definitely come back and try their breakfast menu.
MoreThis place is amazing! Little dim from the outside but inside feels like I've been coming here for years-cozy and sincere-Also the best dang chilaquiles I've ever had. Also, very sweet service. Excellent alternative to my usual sbux caddy corner.
MoreThe parking lot was full, so I stopped. I was not disappointed, great food and service. Friendly atmosphere.
MoreWalked in and 4 waitresses in a BS session by cash register. A couple look at me but never acknowledge me. After a few minutes I seated myself. After getting my food and several more BS sessions among the waitresses I had to ask for silverware. They should really pay attention to their job and save the gossip and chit chat huddles for after work. Dont sit by the front if you dont like loud hollering and the cook yelling out orders. Most use a bell for order up. Minnie mouse was the worst, constant high pitch hollering across the restaurant.Food was good but I wont be back due to service issues and the atmosphere.
MoreGood food and great service. A+
Blast from the past!!! Really fun diner. The cinnamon roll and coffee special was perfect for a light breakfast on a road trip. Our waitress was fabulous and very nice. This might be our place to stop when we drive to LA from now on.
MoreThis is our go to place for breakfast. Had a bad experience when the 1st reopened and must say they have fixed any problems they had in the past and we are so glad we gave them a 2nd chance. Great food and great service.
Moreif you want a good good good chicken fried steak breakfast this is the place yummy
MoreThey have the best Chilli Relleno dinner! And the service is excellent!
This nostalgic 1964 restaurant is a true hidden gem in the desert. I'm so happy I stumbled upon it on my way to Phoenix. Loved the atmosphere, the food, and the waitress.
MoreBest Fajitas you will ever have, coffee was excellent and service was friendly. We always try and stop there when we are coming through, hands down our favorite spot.
MoreObviously a popular place for the locals. The food was decent. I had an omelette (I requested egg white, that was questionable). The shrimp salad was delicious! And they will cook to order.
MoreGoogle says itās open, get with the program update your google listing. Drove out of my way to come here, just to find out they were closed till further notice.
MoreOld fashioned coffee shop with good food.
Great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner - and nice people too!
How is this place rated high?Very run down place. Menus look 50 yrs old Super slow service and not attentive. There is a sign that says wait to be seated. So I followed instructions and some guy just walks in ahead and passes us by.. and I guess he knows the waitress and sat at a table with his family. Place needs to be upgraded everywhere.
MoreGreat service, local place. Ordered corn beef hash which was deep fried, never had seen a patty of deep fried hash, it was not good, my eggs were cooked perfectly and sour dough toast was good but a little too toasted for me. Hubby had eggs and hamburger patty, which was good. We did enjoy our meal and would stop in again.
MoreI love the vintage architecture and interior. Perfect stop for a road trip. Friendly staff and good grub. Will come again.
MoreFriendly restaurant in business since 1964! Good homemade food and plenty on the plate. Enjoy!
MoreWonderful cozy lounge at the "Coffee Shop" with wide menu. Great hangout with semi circular vinyl seating around the table. Great for families and good friends to meet n eat. Definately worth the 20+ mile drive over from Quartzsite
MoreGood place to have diner Food! I think they serve everything . I had fried tacos and a steak dinner. It was pretty good for diner, and the price was cheap ! P.s. Remember it's a American Diner have fun.
MoreThis use to be my favorite place in town to dine at. I use to recommend it to out of towners all the time. Sadly since their remodel the place has taken a HUGE turn for the worse. The food is horrible and very inconsistent. Last night the cook over fried my french fries to the point that the inside of my fries were hallow! This was 4th visit since opening back up and I will not be going back any time soon. You need to bring back your old cooks Tony and Ernie!!!! Those two knew how to cook Courtesy Coffee Shops menu!! The service is also lacking. One waitress for the entire diner at dinner time?! Sad very very sad.
MoreMid-century modern lovers rejoice! Retro charm and great food combine to make this 1964 diner our choice for a hearty breakfast in Blythe. One highlight was their unusually thick, perfectly prepared and tasty bacon. Be sure to check out the equally cool lounge in the back with MCM period-appropriate, comfy circular booths, rock walls and lighting. For happy hour, we enjoyed the excellent house Bloody Mary, which the waitress said they've been making for 30 years according to their own recipe. We didn't try lunch or dinner, but locals assured us they're equally good. There's always next time.
MoreGrat food and great service. Love this place.
Great hospitality - asked if we're could watch the world cup soccer finals and they opened the bar area for us for breakfast. And the food was superb too! The chorizo plate was not too spicy but had excellent flavor.
MoreGood food but also costly. A side order of bacon was $5.99. Ridiculous
Great little restaurant with hometown feel. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Good home cooked food. Quick service, reasonable prices. Sure beats fast food! Close to the highway.
MoreAn old fashion coffee shop. Good service! We always stop by this place to have steaks. Somehow, the taste is good as used to be. They charged more than the price on the menu accidentally. Read your bill carefully!
MoreThis spot is excellent and roomy, the food was enchanting and the rates were very fair. fast, efficient service and very friendly waiters. I recommend this place.
MoreExcellent customer service!!! Loved the food.
Great breakfast burrito, the coffee wasn't so good though.
From out of town and stumbled upon this gem. The salsa wasn't even asked for but thankfully they just give it to you because it was soooo fresh and delicious! You could literally taste every ingredient...like the waitress said "fresh is better"! We wondered what Blythe had to offer and we found it! Staff was amazing too!
MoreLove the dinner we went back for breakfast ! the main guy cook and his help are fantastic! Loved our waitress Linda!!!
MoreIām staying at the hotel just down the street the Clarion hotel, clerk said food was good. Walked over only half a block... Wow, it was busy there. Food was great, had the patty melt, ate it in the bar area. Sweet waitress said a lot of the locals hang out here. Although they were busy I got my food in a very reasonable amount of time and it was perfect. Definitely will come back here again.
MoreFirst time I've ever been there. The Mexican food is awesome. Real deal and huge portions
